The Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone (BDIAEZ) held an industry promotion event on Feb. 26, showcasing a range of new specialized industrial parks and service platforms designed to attract businesses and drive economic growth in the region.
Several key industrial parks were unveiled at the promotion, including the International Regenerative Medicine Industrial Park, the International Medical Equipment Industrial Park and the International Aviation Headquarters Park.
Recognizing life sciences and health as a leading industry, the BDIAEZ has already attracted companies specializing in cell and gene therapy and high-end medical equipment. To further enhance trade and logistics capabilities, the zone also launched platforms for industrial goods supply chains and cross-border e-commerce, which are expected to improve operational efficiency and foster industry development.
Additionally, the BDIAEZ is developing an international coffee industrial park within the public warehouse of the Daxing Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone. This park will integrate coffee roasting, transshipment, distribution, display, trading, and consumption to meet the needs of settled companies for bonded display and marketing of imported coffee beans.
