The 2025 ZGC Forum Annual Conference will hold the AI Theme Day, unveiling major developments such as an AI innovation block and Beijing's AI public computing power dispatch platform, according to the organizers.
Under the framework of the AI Theme Day, two main forums, five thematic forums, and 10 other activities will be held in Beijing from March 27 to 31, concurrently with the ZGC Forum.
One of the main forums, the Future AI Pioneers Forum, will take place on Saturday, focusing on AI's current research landscape, industry opportunities and challenges, and future trends. The forum will also announce key achievements, including advancements in computing power infrastructure and innovative AI agent technologies. Additionally, it will introduce a new research institution.
The other main forum, the AI Future Forum, will bring together top domestic and international investment organizations to explore how capital can drive sustainable growth of technologies. A technology development sub-fund will be signed, and a ranking of Chinese cities and districts with strong investment potential will be released.
The five thematic forums include the China Embodied Intelligence Conference, AI for Science Youth Forum, General AI Forum, AI Talent Development Forum, and Blockchain and Privacy Computing Forum. These forums will delve into technological breakthroughs, industrial applications, and talent development, while unveiling innovations in fundamental research, technological tools, and industrial applications. These will foster collaboration between industry, academia, and research institutions.
The 10 additional activities will feature the launches of AI science and technology awards, a talent development plan, and a global innovation service network, as well as showcases of advancements in 6G-AI integration and AI applications in healthcare.
Launched in 2007, the ZGC Forum has grown into a high-level international event for enhancing global innovation in science and technology.
