The goal of the non-governmental Project Hope, sponsored by the Communist Youth League (CYL) Central Committee and the China Youth Development Foundation (CYDF), is to support young dropouts in poverty-stricken areas. For Springbud Project

The Spring Bud Project has been launched, organized, and carried out by the China Children and Teenagers' Fund (CCTF), under the leadership of the All China Women's Federation. The goal of the plan is to help girls from poor areas of China return to school, which will benefit the welfare of the whole society.
