Made in China 2025
On May 8, 2015, China's State Council unveiled its first 10-year national plan for transforming China's manufacturing, entitled "Made in China 2025". The plan is designed to put China on a new path to industrialization, with greater emphasis on innovation, expanded use of new-generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing, consolidation of the industrial base, integration of industrial processes and systems, anda robust multilayer talent development structure. Measures taken in this respect will facilitate China's transformation from a manufacturing giant with a focus on quantity to one with a qualitative edge.
Specifically, the ten-year plan envisions the successful completion by 2020 of the process of basic industrialization, further consolidating China's position as a manufacturing powerhousethat increasingly relies on cutting-edge information technology. It also foresees a significant leap in China's overall manufacturing capability by 2025, characterized by markedly reinforcedinnovative ability, greatly improved overall productivity, and a new level of integration of industrial processes and information technology.
The implementation of the plan will expand the scope for cooperation between China and the rest of the world in a joint effort to propel new progressin the global manufacturing sector.
"中國(guó)制造2025"
2015年5月8日，中國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院正式印發(fā)《中國(guó)制造2025》，成為中國(guó)實(shí)施制造強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略第一個(gè)十年的行動(dòng)綱領(lǐng)。文件中透露，"中國(guó)制造2025"的總體思路是，堅(jiān)持走中國(guó)特色新型工業(yè)化道路，以促進(jìn)制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展為主題，以加快新一代信息技術(shù)與制造業(yè)深度融合為主線，以推進(jìn)智能制造為主攻方向，強(qiáng)化工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)能力，提高綜合集成水平，完善多層次人才體系，實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)制造業(yè)由大變強(qiáng)的歷史跨越。
它的目標(biāo)是：到2020年，基本實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化，制造業(yè)大國(guó)地位進(jìn)一步鞏固，制造業(yè)信息化水平大幅提升；到2025年，制造業(yè)整體素質(zhì)大幅提升，創(chuàng)新能力顯著增強(qiáng)，全員勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率明顯提高，工業(yè)化和信息化融合邁上新臺(tái)階。"中國(guó)制造2025"的實(shí)施，也將會(huì)為世界各國(guó)帶來(lái)更多的合作機(jī)遇，共同推動(dòng)制造業(yè)整體向前發(fā)展。
