Peaceful Development
The Communist Party of China (CPC) has always been adhering to a path of peaceful development and has led the Chinese people in making two miraculous achievements -- rapid economic development and long-term social stability. A big, responsible party leading a big country, the CPC has always sought to be a builder of world peace, a contributor to global development, a maintainer of the international order, a provider of public goods and a mediator on hot-button issues. The principle of adhering to the path of peaceful development has been written into the political reports to the CPC's 17th through 20th National Congresses and enshrined in the CPC Constitution. In March 2018, this principle was written into the amended Constitution of the People's Republic of China. All these have manifested the CPC's firm determination and strong will to follow the path of peaceful development.
Although China has made tremendous progress in development, the realities of unbalanced and inadequate development are still a significant challenge, and it remains the largest developing country in the world. A peaceful and stable international environment is indispensable for the Chinese nation to achieve the goal of building China into a modern socialist country in all respects and realizing its great rejuvenation.
In today's world, with the deepening of economic globalization, different countries are becoming more and more closely connected with each other, and complicated global challenges are increasing, which should be coped with through the concerted efforts of different countries, as the world is a community that shares one and the same future. It is a true, simple, and common wish of all peoples in the world to enjoy peace, development and stability rather than suffer war, poverty and chaos. Without peace, neither China nor the rest of the world can achieve development; without development, neither China nor the rest of the world can enjoy lasting peace. Peaceful development will always be China's development philosophy and the shared aspiration of all peoples around the world.
和平發(fā)展
中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨始終堅(jiān)持走和平發(fā)展道路，帶領(lǐng)中國(guó)人民創(chuàng)造了經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展和社會(huì)長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的兩大奇跡，以大黨大國(guó)的胸懷和擔(dān)當(dāng)堅(jiān)持做世界和平的建設(shè)者、全球發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)者、國(guó)際秩序的維護(hù)者、公共產(chǎn)品的提供者、熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題的斡旋者，為世界和平與發(fā)展作出巨大貢獻(xiàn)。堅(jiān)持和平發(fā)展道路，先后寫(xiě)入中共十七大、十八大、十九大和二十大報(bào)告中，載入《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨章程》。2018年3月，《中華人民共和國(guó)憲法修正案》將“堅(jiān)持和平發(fā)展道路”正式寫(xiě)入憲法。這些都充分彰顯了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨走和平發(fā)展道路的堅(jiān)定決心和堅(jiān)強(qiáng)意志。
今天的中國(guó)，雖然已經(jīng)取得了巨大的發(fā)展成就，但發(fā)展不平衡不充分問(wèn)題仍然突出，仍然是世界上最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家。全面建成社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)國(guó)、實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的宏偉目標(biāo)，離不開(kāi)和平穩(wěn)定的國(guó)際環(huán)境。而今天的世界，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入發(fā)展，國(guó)與國(guó)之間的聯(lián)系越來(lái)越緊密，各種紛繁復(fù)雜的全球性挑戰(zhàn)日益增多，需要各國(guó)攜手合作應(yīng)對(duì)，世界日益成為休戚與共的命運(yùn)共同體。要和平不要戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、要發(fā)展不要貧窮、要穩(wěn)定不要混亂，這是世界各國(guó)人民真實(shí)樸素的共同愿望。可以說(shuō)，沒(méi)有和平，中國(guó)和世界都不可能順利發(fā)展；沒(méi)有發(fā)展，中國(guó)和世界也不可能有持久和平。和平發(fā)展，是中國(guó)一貫的發(fā)展理念，也是世界人民的共同愿望。
