Sandstorm hits Xinjiang

Hami, in northwestern China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is enveloped by a sandstorm on October 29. The sandstorm hit the city on Monday, and resulted in low visibility of less than 100 meters and a sharp decrease in temperature.
