Deputy director of Jilin Provincial No. 1 Light Industrial Bureau in 1980-1981.

Studied at Party School of CPC Central Committee in 1981-1982.

Director and secretary of Leading Party Members' Group of Jilin Provincial No. 1 Light Industry Department in 1982-1983.
