Bulgaria reiterates one-China policy
Adjust font size:

Bulgarian Parliament Speaker Georgi Pirinski reiterated on Tuesday that his country will always uphold the one-China policy and that Taiwan and Tibet are the inalienable parts of China.

The speaker made these remarks in meeting with new Chinese Ambassador to Bulgaria Zhang Wanxue.

He stressed that it is one of the state policies of Bulgaria, and it will never be changed and there is no reason to change it.

He said Bulgaria highly appreciates the great achievements made by China in economic and social development on the path of scientific development.

Pirinski said his country is ready to strengthen and expand friendly cooperation with China in various fields.

The speaker said Bulgarian Parliament will also enhance its ties with its Chinese counterpart.
