?????? 據(jù)新華社4月17日援引中國商務(wù)部發(fā)言人姚堅的話報導(dǎo)，歐盟（EU, European Union）對中國銅版紙（Chinese coated paper）進(jìn)行反補貼立案調(diào)查（anti-subsidy investigation），中國政府對此表示嚴(yán)重關(guān)切，并表示可能采取措施抵御調(diào)查帶來的負(fù)面影響。

?????? 姚堅指出，兩個月前，歐盟已經(jīng)對中國銅版紙發(fā)起反傾銷調(diào)查（anti-dumping investigation），并在反傾銷調(diào)查中采取歧視性的、不公正的“替代國”做法，另一方面在未承認(rèn)中國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)地位的情況下又對中國產(chǎn)品啟動反補貼調(diào)查。這構(gòu)成了對中國產(chǎn)品的雙重歧視，也違反了世貿(mào)組織規(guī)則（WTO rules）。

?????? 姚堅表示，歐盟對華啟動反補貼調(diào)查，是向外界發(fā)出的一個錯誤的貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義（trade protectionism）信號。近年來，中歐經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系總體呈健康發(fā)展態(tài)勢，雙方互為重要貿(mào)易伙伴。中方認(rèn)為，雙方應(yīng)當(dāng)從維護(hù)和穩(wěn)定國際貿(mào)易環(huán)境的目標(biāo)出發(fā)，遵循發(fā)展、平等、互利的方針，通過磋商合作妥善處理經(jīng)貿(mào)摩擦（trade disputes），照顧彼此關(guān)注，實現(xiàn)互利共贏。中方將按照世貿(mào)組織規(guī)則密切關(guān)注案件進(jìn)展（closely follow this issue），并保留采取進(jìn)一步措施的權(quán)利（reserves its right to take necessary measures）。請看新華社報道：

China is disappointed the European Union (EU) has decided to launch an anti-subsidy investigation into imported Chinese coated paper, Ministry of Commerce (MOC) spokesman Yao Jian said Saturday.

"China will closely follow this issue and reserves its right to take necessary measures in accordance with WTO rules," Yao said.

He said the coated paper probe is the EU's first anti-subsidy investigation into Chinese products.

The EU launched an anti-dumping investigation on Chinese coated paper two months ago, he said.
