Authorities are reluctant to stifle the county's thriving online culture which is hugely profitable, but the government must reconcile its support for it with the emergence of an older generation of web addicts. The most common reason for a change of hairstyle is because women "just want a change," but a third do it to boost their morale after a relationship break-up or divorce. Nearly one in five does it to hide grey hairs. Others want a change that makes them feel better before or after having a baby or for their wedding or birthday. |
