Chinese electronic products maker Shenzhen Proview Technology is to ask Chinese customs to block shipments of Apple's iPad both into and out of the country, following the two companies' dispute over ownership of the iPad name, BBC reported.

Proview has won an initial judgment in China last year, which Apple has appealed against.

Proview said it is contacting officials across China with an aim to blocking sales of the product.

據英國廣播公司報道，中國電子產品制造商深圳唯冠科技準備要求海關禁止蘋果iPad平板電腦運進或運出中國，是兩家公司就“iPad”商標名產生爭端的最新動態。

唯冠去年已經在中國贏得法院判決，蘋果對此判決結果不服并提出上訴。

唯冠說，公司正在聯系各地官員，旨在禁止銷售iPad產品。
