The Canadian porn actor suspected of killing a Chinese student in Montreal, Canada has been arrested on Monday in Berlin.

Canadian police believed that Luka Rocco Magnotta, 29, has taken the life of Jun Lin, 33, a university student with whom he allegedly had a relationship, CBC News reported.

Magnotta filmed the killing process and later mailed the victim's dismembered body parts to the federal Liberal and Conservative parties in Ottawa.

Magnotta was arrested at 2 p.m. local time (6 p.m. Beijing Time) at a cybercafe and was held in a Berlin prison pending trials.
