Beijing leads anniversary of popular Japanese anime characters

A model of Crayon Shin-chan from Japanese manga series Crayon Shin-chan is placed for exhibition in Joy City, a shopping mall in Beijing, April 16, 2015. About 50 models of Crayon Shin-chan, posters and manuscripts are on display in the exhibition from April 18 to June 22. This year marks the 25th anniversary that Yoshito Usui started running his series in the Japanese magazine Weekly Manga Action. The commemoration will be held in other Chinese cities.
