Located in Pingluo County of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, 56 kilometers north of Yinchuan, Sand Lake scenery spot (沙湖) attracts millions of visitors from China and abroad every year.

Sand Lake homes various kinds of birds and fish, such as white crane, swan, giant and salamander.

Its scenery in summer is really amazing. The reeds and the lotuses seem to be endless. Sand Lake also offers you more than 30 recreational opportunities.
