Ratskeller German-Austrian Restaurant

Ratskeller restaurant serves German and Austrian dishes (the usual sausages, schnitzel and potatoes) and more. The sausages are from DEFA and according to German recipes and standards. There's a big outdoor terrace where you can enjoy Tsingtao beer for RMB 10 and where they have BBQs on weekends. It's a bit out of the way and the price might be a bit high compared to other places (RMB 40 - 60 for one dish) but the surroundings are unbeatable. Good pitstop for anyone who's doing sightseeing in the old town.
