New York Knicks guard Jeremy Lin is passing every test the NBA brings. He made headlines again in a big matchup in Minnesota. The Knicks faced the Timberwolves, and Lin met another dynamic young point guard, the T-Wolves' Ricky Rubio.

New York Knicks' Jeremy Lin, right, keeps the ball out of reach of Minnesota Timberwolves' Ricky Rubio, of Spain, in the first half of an NBA basketball game on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, in Minneapolis.

The Knicks have rocked four victories in a row, including a win over the Lakers in their last game. Lin and Landry Fields would step up in another contest without hurt teammate Carmelo Anthony. They combined for an alley-oop basket, but New York still trailed most of the game.

Rubio answered by setting up Nikola Pekovic for a slam. The international connection put the T-Wolves up by 9 midway through the thrid quarter.

Lin scored on a layup early in the fourth. He notched 38 points against the Lakers, and proved hard to stop down the stretch.

Lin dished 8 assists against Minnesota, and connected with Fields for a jumper. The Knicks cut the T-Wolves lead to one.

New York Knicks' Jeremy Lin, front right, lays up for two of his 20 game points on a shot in the second half of an NBA basketball game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, in Minneapolis.

Then, New York took the lead, Iman Shumpert with the "J", he-pumped in 20 points for the night.

Rubio led Minnesota back. He would drive for a layup, and the T-Wolves were back on top by 3 with 39 seconds left.

But the Knicks reeled-off a stunning rally. First, Lin to Steve Novak for three, it's tied at 98.

And Lin drove to the rack and drew a foul. He sank the free throws that made the difference. The Knicks held on to beat Minnesota 100-98.

So, the storybook run continues for Jeremy Lin. Looking back at his last five games: he lit up the Lakers for 38 points, and followed that with 20 against the T-Wolves. Lin averaged over 25 points in his first three starts against Washington, Utah and New Jersey. The Chinese Taipei international also became the first NBA player to have over 20 points and 7 dimes in 5 consecutive games so far in the shortened season. The Knicks are 5-0 with Lin at the point.
