| According to a joint statement by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Finance on Thursday, public art museums, libraries and cultural centers at state and provincial levels will cease charging entrance fees by the end of 2011. By the end of 2012, all public-funded art museums, libraries and cultural centers will be open to citizens free of charge. |
文化部和財政部周四聯合發出通知稱，2011年底前，國家級、省級美術館、圖書館和文化館全部向公眾免費開放。到2012年底之前各級美術館、圖書館和文化館將全部向公眾免費開放。
