| A man in Xinye County, Henan Province, has still not received his second generation citizen's identity card, two years after submitting his application, the Dahe Daily reports. The local police station has been stalling him with various excuses such as telling him his card number was already in use. The last time he enquired about his card, an officer at the station told him the delay was due to problems with "network bandwidth". |
據《大河日報》消息，河南新野縣一名男子兩年前提交二代身份證申請，但證件至今仍未辦下來。當地派出所此前用諸如身份證和他人重號等各種理由搪塞。近日他又去問詢，一位民警表示，二代證沒辦下來可能和“網速太慢”有關。 |
