She said the association will report any studio that is suspected of shooting naked wedding pictures and ask authorities to ban them. |

For instance, family names come before given names, with the first letters of each name capitalized. |

Dissatisfied with the local police's handling of a dispute, the man, surnamed Wang, from Wuyi County, Hebei Province, called the emergency line 17,000 times between January and June. Once, he called the number 640 times in a single day. He also frequently insulted operators. |

| A study has shown that dogs are smarter than cats because their friendly character has helped them develop bigger brains, the Daily Telegraph reports. The intelligence of man's best friend has evolved at a greater rate than the less social cat over millions of years, scientists at Oxford University claim. They found a link between the size of an animal's brain in relation to the rest of its body and how socially active it was. It found that groups of mammals with relatively bigger brains tended to live in stable social groups. The brains of more solitary mammals such as cats, deer and rhino, grew much more slowly during the same period. |
